The 2-die 4-blow,2-die 3-blow cold former is suitable for thimble cutting, cold-heading shaped piece with big cup, small shank and holes, hollow or half-hollow rivet.Its working process is fully automatic.

Cold forming machine safety operation guide:

 

1 Wearing gloves to operate cold heading machine is forbidden. 

2 All fasteners must be carefully checked whether locked well before driving equipment, safety protection device is whether in good condition, and during working must always examine, prevent loose and cause an accident because of the violent vibration.  

3 After the equipment adjusted, first open flywheel, inspect each working parts normal or not,take off pull rod of switch vehicles, and then start motor. It is strictly forbidden to start motor while switch. 

4 All fault should be excluded before driving, first short time idle running,and then trial heading. 

5 While in motion, the operator should stand in a safe place.Taking workpiece is forbidden at the concave and convex die place, only at the bottom can view products. 

6 Carefully adjust the die and punch when replaceing products, , and careful check each part normal or not. 

7 In the process of production, if there is failure, must immediately stop, find out the reason, eliminate hidden dangers. If the brakes are broken, it is strictly forbidden to drive. 

8 Insurance plate (insurance rod) must add protective device, in order to avoid the fracture accident. All protective device shall not be arbitrary remove, lost.
